$8,000 TAX CREDIT

Many of you are wondering about the $8,000 tax credit. This is just a reminder that if you are a first time home buyer and you purchase by April 30th, 2010 you will receive the $8,000 tax credit. In cases where you have a signed contract by April 30th and you purchase by the end of June you are still eligible for this tax credit.
