Edmond is within minutes from the Oklahoma City area and also the Cowboy Hall of Fame, Remington Park Horse Racing and Casino, Omniplex, The OKC Zoo, historic Guthrie and the Lazy E Arena!  Edmond has two Universities, University of Central Oklahoma and Oklahoma Christian University. Housing in Edmond is still going strong.  Its a great city for first time home buyers to live.
