I have earned my SFR (Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource) designation from NAR and the CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert). I am a 33 year Real Estate Finance Executive, I have managed one of the countries largest bank mortgage servicing portfolios.

I have extensive experience in foreclosure and REO management giving me a lenders insight into short sales. I also have many years experience helping both first time home buyers and experienced home buyers obtain the financing that works best for them.

My wife Kathy and I have been married for 43 years, have 3 great children and 6 wonderful grandkids, ages 5 to18. Our oldest, a granddaughter, is in the Army National Guard and ROTC. We love our Golden Retriever, Kelly, who has adapted quite well to Florida.

I was born and raised in Chicago, a US Air Force veteran from 1965 to 1969, and a Colorado resident for 43 years. I graduated from Regis University in Denver with a degree in Business Administration. My interests include woodworking, boating, fishing and snorkeling vacations in Hawaii and the Florida Keys. I also love to play golf but will never impress anyone with my skills.
