Comey & Shepherd Realtors has entered into a brand licensing agreement with Unlimited Real Estate, LLC and ND Real Estate, LLC, both formerly licensed under an international real estate franchise. The three entities will operate under a unified Comey & Shepherd Realtors brand umbrella, but remain independently owned and operated, with a combined total of over 600 agents, combined 2009 unit sales of 9,109 and sales volume of $ 1.522 billion.

As a buyer or seller, you can expect the same great level of service as always from your Comey & Shepherd agent. In addition, a combined local brand means more exposure and more agents working together for you. National brand name recognition has been trumped by local knowledge, control and reputation. “Our focus has always been on the quality of our service and the values that our agents represent in the community. Visible changes of the brand licensing agreement will include Unlimited Real Estate and ND Real Estate yard signs replaced with Comey & Shepherd branded yard signs beginning August 11.
