The Eckrote Team is a husband and wife team.  Frank and Rose Ann are nine year residents of the Twin Falls Idaho area.  They have relocated thirteen times, giving them first hand knowledge of the relocation process.  They have lived in Pennsylvania, Arizona, California and Idaho.

The Eckrote Team is one of the top sales team’s in all of Idaho.  They have received numerous awards including most recently, the prestigious Leading Edge Society Award for 2008 by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company. In addition, they have received President’s Circle Award for 2007, Leading Edge Society Award for 2006 and 2005 and numerous quarterly awards.

Rose Ann Eckrote specializes in residential sales including existing homes, new construction and building lots.  She is an Associate Broker, Luxury Fine Homes Specialist, certified Relocation Specialist, E-Certified Specialist and has earned The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.

Frank Eckrote specializes in commercial sales, land development, and farms and ranch sales.  He also provides property management.  He has managed/operated businesses for the last eighteen years.  He is a certified Relocation Specialist, E-Certified Specialist and is working on obtaining his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
