We are almost one month into 2010 and it is still such a great time to buy a home in Cache Valley. There are about 45 short sales on the market and about 15 bank owned homes for sale in Cache Valley, but those are not the only homes worth looking at. There are 750 other homes on the market in Cache Valley and a lot of those sellers want to sell their home even more than the banks. You can get a great deal on a short sale but you will need to be prepared to wait for 2-5 months. If you make an offer on any other home you will only have to wait a few days to come to an agreement.
