Are you amazed, looking at the reports of the snow-buried midwest and upper east coast? Or…oops… are you IN it?? It is hard to imagine such hardship, living here in Redondo Beach  just blocks from the Pacific Ocean, flip-flopped feet on the balcony bannister, watching the waves lap the shore, sipping tea and catching some warm California sun. Every day.

I realize there are many beautiful places in the world, I just happen to know a lot about this one. That is why I sell real estate here because I really believe you should be here. It’s my place of choice. I’ve been everywhere else.  Even beautiful Florida.  Nothing feels as good as this moment… And all I can do is wish you were here!

There are a few ways for you to get here. On vacation of course, but once you come here you will want to live here, guaranteed. Don’t let the paper fool you, there are abundant opportunities in California. This is a people place, and if “who you know” is key, well, I can see you now with a zillion new friends and a great tan.

And did you know - what a ‘kwinky dink’ –  we are raffling off a house. Now how great would this be? You buy a raffle ticket for $100. Of course, it is the winning ticket. The house is won and yours. People are so impressed by your Redondo house they offer you a fabulous job in just the field you wanted. You can even telecommute. And here I am, waving at you from across the street…

You are from here you say? Well then you have no excuse, you KNOW how great it is. And this is your chance to own a beach house and be the envy of all your Glendale friends.
