Do you feel it too? Something in the air. More people working, moving forward. Revising lifestyles to gain more freedom  and get better situated. We’ve been receiving increasing calls from buyers and sellers alike and the “patient” (economy) is reviving from a long journey into the abyss.  Conked over the head is what it seemed like.  Now there is a returning pulse.

What’s great is to see the creative ways people have been managing. We told you last time about the free house raffle now underway. to take place in May, which will help a seller and the Civic Light Orchestra of South Beach Cities. Many people have pulled up stakes and relocated to where there are jobs. Not every industry is hurting, and even California has jobs in certain fields.  The way many people succeeded in the original depression was to buy properties, if they were able. Because property will one day be the new gold standard, something that will regain in strength even as the dollar loses value. Real Estate. Real value. This is a great time to buy.
