It is hard to imagine such hardship, living here in Redondo Beach  just blocks from the Pacific Ocean, flip-flopped feet on the balcony bannister, watching the waves lap the shore, sipping tea and catching some warm California sun. Every day.

I realize there are many beautiful places in the world, I just happen to know a lot about this one. That is why I sell real estate here because I really believe you should be here. It’s my place of choice. I’ve been everywhere else.  Even beautiful Florida.  Nothing feels as good as this moment… And all I can do is wish you were here!

This is a people place, and if “who you know” is key, well, I can see you now with a zillion new friends and a great tan.

We told you last time about the free house raffle now underway. to take place in May, which will help a seller and the Civic Light Orchestra of South Beach Cities. Many people have pulled up stakes and relocated to where there are jobs. Not every industry is hurting, and even California has jobs in certain fields.  The way many people succeeded in the original depression was to buy properties, if they were able. Because property will one day be the new gold standard, something that will regain in strength even as the dollar loses value. Real Estate. Real value. This is a great time to buy.

What you might not know is that it doesn’t matter where you are, I have a national network of friends and teammates that care as much as I do about giving you the best assistance with your house as possible. We also have a network of first rate handi-people, painters, electricians, exterminators, landscapers to help push you closer to that point of hanging out a for sale sign. ‘Do it yourself’ is great for saving money, but I have seen that when it comes to getting your own house ready for sale, projects seem to go on forever. This has been a long time in the making, but a great house in Redondo Beach, Ca is being raffled off in May.
