Omnia Alliance has permission to use search engine optimization (SEO) marketing tactics that include but are not limited to editing article content, adding or removing internet links within blog articles, and using other search engine marketing methods not disclosed herein.
2. Use License
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Omnia Alliance’s blog network for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
i. modify or copy the materials;
ii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Omnia Alliance’s web site;
iii. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
iv. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
b. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Omnia Alliance at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Further, Omnia Alliance does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or blog network or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site except where specifically noted.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Omnia Alliance or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Omnia Alliance’s IRE Blog Network, even if Omnia Alliance or a Omnia Alliance authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Omnia Alliance may revise these terms of use for its IRE Blog Network at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Any claim relating to Omnia Alliance’s web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Description of the Network
The blog network is an Internet Property owned and maintained by Omnia Alliance. You are assigned a position on the Blog and are able to benefit from its use as outlined further below. You do not take ownership of the Blog. Your contributions on the Blog and on the network become a part of the IRE network itself, and property of Omnia Alliance. Because the Blog posts and other information becomes a part of the network, many agents will see substantial increases in traffic to their own personal websites and/or more business.
Other than your Blog service, Membership in the Pinnacle Group yields many additional benefits and services. These Benefits and services are complimentary because you are a Pinnacle Member, and they do not expire unless you at one time or another do not meet the minimum requirements. Some of those benefits are outlined below.

You have been selected to participate in the Pinnacle Group at Omnia Alliance. This designation and the accompanying benefits are part of a membership along with which there are certain requirements. These requirements are pre-requisite to being placed in the network position. It is also requisite that you maintain these terms where appropriate.
11. Additional Membership Agreements
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Member also agrees to:
- providing information and materials to Omnia for Blog setup within a reasonable period of time (Picture, Info);
- adding new content to the Blog each week in the form of at least one new blog post of at least 200 words;
- maintaining current personal information on the blog profile; and
- responding to any incoming comments or emails generated through your blog.
Membership in the Alliance as well as in the Pinnacle Group also requires maintaining a current Pinnacle Membership account, including any fees or additional requirements as outlined.
Some of the terms below are subject to interpretation. Where this is the case, Omnia Alliance reserves the right to make such interpretations, and you as the Member, agree that those interpretations are fair and accurate. If there is ever a disagreement on the subjective judgment of the Alliance, you are able to request a re-examination of the issue, but Omnia Alliance retains the right to pass final judgment on such issues. In the event that the non-subjective or the subjective elements of the below requirements are breached, Omnia Alliance reserves the right to remove the Member from his/her position on the Network, revoke any privileges or benefits, and cease offering any network or membership benefits. Generally, if there is a breach of the terms, the Alliance will send at least one notice letter to the Member and allow him/her to remedy the situation. This is not required, however.
Requested suspension or cancellation of this agreement may induce a cancellation of some account services. Due to many services and benefits provided initially at the onset of the registration, Omnia will not issue refunds for services for any period. In the event a cancellation is requested after the initial setup has taken place, and in the event that Omnia agrees to cancel the account, some services, including exporting member posts may be offered by Omnia at its discretion.
12. Fees
There are certain fees associated with this membership and the position on the blog network. These fees are due regardless of any expectation of use of the network. Member agrees that Omnia has the right to charge the fees to the chosen method of payment, and that additionally, Omnia has the right to pursue any unpaid amounts via standard collection practices. Any fees will be communicated to the Member upon signup.
13. Electronic Signature & Acceptance
By agreeing to this electronic document and clicking Submit on this form, Member agrees to abide by all of these terms, conditions, guarantees, privacy policy and all other outlined terms. Member agrees that this signifies an electronic signature that may be used in place of MemberÕs written signature for all legal and contractual purposes. Member also agrees that these terms are understood by Member before continuing with this registration.
14. Guarantees
Omnia Alliance guarantees that we will make our best-faith efforts to deliver all express products and services to you as the Pinnacle Group Member. Omnia Alliance does not have control over all aspects of technological delivery or other uncontrollable and certain unforeseeable events. If there is ever a service that you have been offered as part of your membership that you do not feel you have received, you are entitled to notify Omnia Alliance through any reasonable method of communication, and you will receive prompt attention about the matter. Whenever possible and prudent, Omnia Alliance will ensure that you receive the requested service or benefit.
In the event Member receives a Money-Back guarantee, Omnia these terms are subjective to the terms within the guarantee document.
