Derek Seal was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and grew up in Mesa, Arizona.

While attending college at Brigham Young University he met his wife Mary, a school teacher, and decided to become a licensed real estate agent in 1993 at the age of 23.

Since then, Derek has enjoyed helping many homeowners save thousands of dollars buying and selling real estate.

Derek graduated with a degree in marketing and has been recognized with numerous local, regional and national sales awards throughout his career including 2008 Excellence in Real Estate Award and Rookie of the Year!

He has also been a regional sales trainer for Wardley Better Homes & Gardens. Derek’s experience with different types of real estate markets gives him an edge to help his clients get what they want…in the time they want, GUARANTEED.

Derek is active in his church and enjoys volunteering at his kid’s schools. Derek and his wife, Mary, have six children and live in Alpine, Utah.
