With over 30 yrs of investment experience and 8 years as a Licensed Florida Realtor,  I bring to the table a real ‘no nonsense’ approach to Real Estate.

General

• Mike and his wife Peggy relocated to S.W. Florida in 1997 after vacationing and visiting the Punta Gorda area for 10 years or more. Mike grew up in the Midwest (Iowa), where he attended the University of Iowa. Mike’s interests and skill set drew him to corporate sales and marketing for 30+ years.
• Real Estate had always intrigued Mike and in 1980 he bought a book on Real Estate Investing and in 6 months he ended up with 27 residential units. His multiple corporate activities moved him 6 times in 30 years until he and Peg finally made the Florida move.
• In 2002 Mike became a licensed Realtor® and since has developed his skills and expertise in land sales both waterfront and dry, new home sales, residential resale, bank and REO properties plus relocation assistance.
• 30 plus years of personal real estate investing experience and 8 years of being a Licensed Realtor makes it possible for Mike to provide both buyers and sellers with a “no nonsense” approach to real estate acquisition!
