-UPDATED-

It has come to my attention that the information I recently posted on my blog was not creditable.  I have just received a comment stating that Mr. Copp is under investigation by a U.S Department of Justice fraud unit (I’m not sure of the accuracy of that).  I’m so sorry to have unintentionally misled anyone.  I’ve been informed that it is best to stick with safety information from the American Red Cross and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  I welcome this correction – thank you for your advice.
