This is great news. This week The United State Senate passed an extension of the Tax Credit and Flood Insurance. These extensions officially passed both the Senate and the House and once is signed by President Obama it will become law.

The extension will benefit those homebuyers who entered into binding contracts before April 30. It would give those homebuyers the opportunity until September 30 to close the deal.

According to many, the global impact of this measure will be very limited. It is just like a small drop in a sea of uncertainty.

In the meantime, all those 14,000 Floridians who benefited from this extension, for sure have renovated hopes about closing on their new homes. I have to say that I am specially happy for one of my clients, the persistent one!. If only Aurora Bank would approved the short sale he has his offer on, it has been over a year!…We are waiting for the good news!!
