Different in the sense that we are on the cutting edge of wonderful changes in the Macon real estate market. Sure we have had problems like areas all over the country but we are different…Housing affordability is increasing, the purchasing power of the average family is better than it was a year ago. Maybe hard to believe, but due to low interest rates a middle-of-the-road-income family should be able to buy a home today for $20,000 more than this time last year.

Our Coldwell Banker, SSK sales have continued to remain steady with last weeks report surpassing the previous weeks sales by 20%. We are hopeful that the real estate market in Macon will continue to be positive and even though the economy with it’s ups and downs, is looked at sometimes negatively, history has shown that home sales can rise.

WOW! Macon, Georgia is a great place to live.
