About Me


I am Lindsay Robbins and I am a realtor experienced in helping clients buy and sell homes in the Park City and Heber Valley areas.  I have been a resident of Park City and the surrounding area for over 30 years and truly love everything this area has to offer…world class skiing in the winter, indescribable mountain biking, fly-fishing, and hiking in the summer, incredible schools, wonderful sense of community, and close proximity to Salt Lake City.

The purpose of this blog is to inform you about the market and hopefully earn your trust so when you are ready to buy or sell a home, you would think of me when looking for an agent to work for you.

Before becoming a realtor, I bought and sold property in the Park City market. Now working as a realtor, I am able to keep my finger on the pulse of the market. I realized very quickly this market is unique and understanding the community, its neighborhoods, and history were essential to making the right financial decision. I chose to become an agent to help other prospective buyers and sellers avoid the costly mistakes easily made without the right information. I not only have access to the Park City MLS but also to the Wasatch Front MLS which services all 29 counties in Utah.  I spend my time walking through new listings, reading the latest market news, and talking with buyers, sellers and other agents. I am passionate about having the right information to help my clients be well-educated in their decisions.

I am also a the co-owner of Bloom Staging and Design, a furniture staging and rental company. My partner and I created this company, in part, to accommodate my many client’s who wanted to further benefit from my background in interior decorating and staging. We service any seller or rental property owner in our community.

I am also a rental property owner and investor. I have been a landlord for almost a decade and can assist those in buying and owning both long term rentals and nightly rentals.
