Welcome to my new Real Estate blog! This is where I am going to try to answer a lot of the questions and address some of the comments I hear everyday as an agent here in our corner of paradise! I will address foreclosures and short sales and the many pitfalls I see buyers and sellers fall into on a daily basis. I will share some insights about the mortgage industry and some of the “tricks of the trade” that I have learned that have made all the difference in getting a transaction done. I will share information about rental property ownership that I have gained not only as an agent but as a landlord.
