It is conveniently located  midway between downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to entertainment, sports and recreation facilities  and tourist attractions. Whether you fly into Miami International or Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International airports or cruise into  the Port of Miami or Port Everglades, you can be in Sunny Isles in 20-30 minutes. In addition to Sunny Isles Beach, FL being a great vacation spot, it is steadily becoming more desirable to families who enjoy being near the ocean.

Sunny Isles Beach, FL is home to the new Kindergarten – 8^thGrade Community School.  This new school has received an “A” rating ever since it’s opening in 2008. They are equipped to accommodate the  increasing number of school aged children that live here year  round. In addition, the City of Sunny Isles has opened a 7,500 square foot library at City Hall.

Sunny Isles Beach residents also have the convenience of the free Community Shuttle service. The shuttle  picks up and drops off it’s passengers at major points along Sunny Isles Beach.
