  11. Follow up with Buyer’s lender to insure loan conditions are met.
  12. Coordinate Buyer’s inspection and negotiate in your behalf on
    how to handle issues found during inspection.
  13. Coordinate with you and the buyer’s lender to make sure the
    appraisal is done on time.
  14. Schedule closing with all parties.
  15. Attend settlement at the Title Company with you to make sure
    the contract is upheld.
  16. Notify you when the loan is funded and recorded.
  17. Help coordinate moving day with your Buyers.
