I am sure you have read the news. Bradenton, Sarasota home prices are on the rise. Some would argue this was all just for a short snip-it of time we are looking at. I disagree. If you look at the market as a whole prices have started to settle in some cities in the US. I know none of us want to see the last 5 years repeated. Bradenton and Sarasota areas seem to have hit the bottom.

Why shouldn’t we start to level out and rise a bit. Bradenton, Sarasota has some of the prettiest beaches around. Most first timers are in awe over our beautiful cities. There is so much to see and do. The sunsets are beautiful from our coast.

I have seen some of the best home prices lately for sale in Bradenton, Sarasota area. Short sales have been great,  homes are already priced below market.
