About Me
I first licensed in Real Estate in 1995. Since then I have obtained my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and my Associate Broker license. The Associate Broker license means I have met all of the requirements to open and run my own office, but choose to remain licensed under another Broker.
What all this means to my clients is that I value knowledge. I work hard to continue to improve my education to do a better job for the people I work for.
My business has expanded to include my husband, Ron VanderBeek. Ron worked at the INEL for 35 years as an Electrical Engineer. Also my assistant and daughter, Sandi Rowe. This means that you get three people working for you all the time!
Sandi and I go to the local High Schools and present information to Seniors about debt, credit, education and all kinds of stuff that affects your ability to buy a home. We do that in hopes of helping people to never be taken advantage of. Just one of the things that we do to try to make a difference.
Experience does matter! I am a full time Realtor. I don’t just do this on the side. In a time when others are quitting and getting other jobs, my business has expanded. And the reason why is that I get results and I work hard. If that is important to you, then I am the person for you!
I take this job seriously. I know what I do will affect your life for years to come. My goal is to do everything I can to make your experience buying or selling your home a good experience. I look forward to working with you!
