Although the inventory has increased since November 2008, the price of La Jolla Real Estate has gone up 11%. If you are considering relocation to La Jolla there is something for everyone in the area called La Jolla Shores. This club is private but all you have to do is to get on the waiting list to become a member. If you are looking for a public golf course, Torrey Pines Golf Course is not far away.
