The Barber Tract Neighborhood is one of the most unique, quaint neighborhoods in La Jolla. Today it is the most sought after community and was named after one of the original owners, Phillip Barber. Drive up the hill and you will find The Muirlands. This is a beautifully wooded area with ocean view. As you drive through the winding streets you will find impeccably manicured estates. Some of the homes are historical and others are new. The home designs include English Tutor, Mediterranean, Spanish Colonials, Modern, sprawling Ranch Style.
