When working with a buyer or seller, I offer a very personalized program. Buyers will receive a tour package to refer to when looking for property. This package includes copies of listings, maps, and other important information. Sellers will receive a comprehensive comparative marketing analysis, estimated closing statement and a thorough explanation of all important documents and more. Both the buyers and sellers will receive weekly updates on the progress of their transaction through the close of escrow. At close of escrow both buyers and sellers will receive a complete document file for their tax records. My goal is to make sure that my clients receive the attention needed to insure a smooth transaction and to close the escrow.
