Back in 1976, Kathy Tyndall arrived in the Palos Verdes quite by accid her husband got lost when they exited the Harbor Freeway and while trying to find their way, came upon the most beautiful, wild ocean cliffs and quaint coastal towns in Palos Verdes.  They bought a house in Rancho Palos Verdes shortly after that drive and have lived there ever since, raising three children who all attended Palos Verdes schools.

Another accident led to Kathy’s real estate career when, in 1983, a neighbor’s dog wandered into her backyard. The dog’s owner suggested Kathy would be a good Realtor and she decided it would be an interesting job to try. For the last 24 years, Kathy has seen plenty of changes in her job and Palos Verdes.  But, she still maintains there is no better job or place to live. She would love to show you around and explain why the area is so special.

Professionally, Kathy is a member of the: RE/MAX Hall Of Fame & Quality Service Certified. In her spare time, Kathy sendscare packages to our Troops and is a professional quality artist who has a greeting card line of South Bay watercolors.
