While the rest of the world was toiling away yesterday, I was hanging out on the incredible, spacious patio at 23 Oaktree Lane in Rolling Hills Estates. From there I could see the “town” of Palos Verdes below and the mountains beyond. And, I thought to myself, this is a dream job! For a Brokers Open House, I bring lunch, open the doors, turn on the lights, and welcome my associates to see our listing. Meanwhile, I’m imagining how it feels to live at the property. And, I’m thinking it’s a pretty good life. The deck spans the entire length of the condo with the major rooms opening up to it. You really can’t see any neighbors because one is completely obscured by the trees and the other is positioned below this unit. Everything inside the condo has been remodeled and I love the fabulous kitchen! All of the rooms are flooded with light and the high ceilings make everything feel so spacious in this two bedroom unit. Listed at $639,950 I don’t think there is a nicer place to live in Palos Verdes for the price! This gated community of The Terraces is my favorite condo complex on “The Hill”. You would never guess there are over 350 units in the complex because they all look like little houses on windy wooded streets. If you haven’t visited, you really should make the trip!
