Kristin is a real estate veteran with over 20 years of experience as a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker. She has held the BROKER designation for 5 years and is currently the Branch Broker of the Ogden office.
Her list of impressive accolades as a sales associate include attaining awards such as the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle, Coldwell Banker Circle of Excellence, Coldwell Banker Chairman's Circle as well as being ranked in the top 1% of all Realtors in the nation. Her highest career rewards have come from seeing her clients through smooth real estate transactions. To her credit, her greatest strengths are client communication and successful, effective marketing strategies.
In her role as Broker, Kristin provides training, coaching and mentoring to her 60+ incredible agents and has been instrumental in their success as well. She motivates and inspires and assists her sales associates with written business plans, effective marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.
Kristin is married to her husband and basketball coach, Bernie and together they have 4 children. They enjoy boating, traveling to Disneyland, attending sporting events and going to movies.
