Logan is the fourth most secure place to live in the United States among small towns, according to Farmers Insurance.
The rankings, released last week, consider crime rates, extreme weather, housing depreciation, foreclosures and life expectancy, among other factors.
The study looked at 138 cities with populations under 150,000.
Lewiston, Idaho-Clarkston, Wash., topped the list. That metropolitan area was followed by State College, Penn., and Bismarck, N.D. Ithaca, N.Y., came in fifth.
This is the fourth time Logan has ranked among the top 20.
