Seems more negotiating between buyer and seller can be a very stressful avenue.  Don’t let it.  As a Seller don’t get insulted by a low offer.  Some Buyers try for the best deal they can find. The Buyer starts somewhere. Simply Counter the Offer Back and hopefully it will result in a sale.

As the Buyer, If the seller counters back, maybe Meeting somewhere in the middle will get you your Dream Home.

The Idea is for neither side to take it personal.

Let Your Real Estate Professional help you in your negotiations.
