Kelly is an Associate Broker affiliated with RE/MAX Platinum in Tooele, Utah. He entered the real estate industry as a licensed agent in 2002, and he has sold a hundred homes or so in Tooele, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties.

He wrote a book on buying and selling real estate in Tooele County.

He was born in Salt Lake City and has lived in American Samoa, British Columbia, Canada, and southern California. He is married with kids and grandkids.

Prior to his real estate career, he was an IT professional (FranklinCovey), a physical facilities engineer (FHP Hospital), a public safety dispatcher (Valley Emergency Communication Center, 9-1-1), a locksmith, and a community radio programmer (KRCL 91 FM).
