Housing statistics released by the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors show home prices and sales increased after declining the previous month.According to GLVAR the total number of local homes, condiminiums and townhomes sold in September was 4,217. GALVAR President Sue Naumann said thats up from 4,039 total sales in August

GALVAR statistics show the median price of single-family homes sold in Southern Nevada in September increased from $135,500.00 in August to $138,000.00 in September. Meanwhile, median prices for condiminiums and townhomes dipped slightly from $66,288. to $65,720.00 during the same time period.
