Buyers and Investors are asking why should I purchase a short sale?

Forclosures are getting limited with multiple offers. Your are dealing with a seller that owes more on the mortgage than the property is worth it is more time consuming because after you agree on a price with the seller the contract goes to the bank for aproval and that is what takes time, the buyer has to be prepared for a 2 to 3 month wait for closing, but in the end it is worth the wait .
