Karen has been in Real Estate since 2002 since she moved to Florida.  She has had the ability to keep a winning attitude during the highs and lows of the real estate market and has a commitment to excellence. 

She is proud to say that the majority of her business comes from past clients and referrals.  Long term relationships and trust is the cornerstone to her business.  Karen has lived in several parts of the Country which has given her the ability to connect with several clients.

She has been very strong at closing short sales and foreclosures.  Her persistence and relationship with the banks and asset management companies has helped her achieve this success.

Karen is career minded but also plays a very important role as being a loving wife and Mom.  She is involved with the Youth Soccer Association and her son’s Tae Kwon Do.  When she’s taking time for herself she is probably playing at the beach, golfing, exercising, fishing or just enjoying a movie with the family.
