Since earning my Real Estate Broker’s license in 2005, I have tried to maintain the same “award winning” attitude of exceeding my client’s expectations.
My job is simply to help people make good and smart decisions about buying and selling homes. Good decisions create a good experience, and good experiences create happy, satisfied, excited clients, and happy clients bring repeat business!
I have been fortunate to have had great mentors in my career in sales and have paid attention to how they have achieved their success. One of the most positive aspects includes surrounding yourself with solid, experienced, hardworking, caring and knowledgeable team of professionals who has been there before, know how to make positive things happen, and make all of the difference in the world when it comes to buying, or selling a large asset – your home. The other is quite basic. It is to follow The Golden Rule by showing compassion, care, and competence with not only my business, but in my personal life as well.
Much of what I do involves positioning, pricing, and marketing of the homes that Team Gandy & George list for sale. Knowing the market helps a great deal in getting homes sold!
