JUST THE STATS- (SRFs, Single Family Residences)   September closings in desirable Summerlin & surrounding areas = 264.  132 were bank owned, 39 were short sales. For the month October, we are at 214 closings as of today.  7 under $100,000 & the remaining closings sold upwards to $5,750,00. There is one remaining day of recording for October. *FYI  - October 30th is a legal holiday in NEVADA, WOOHOO!  No, not Halloween, but it is NEVADA DAY. Banks, schools, etc., will be closed.
