I am a local Realtor with unique home marketing ideas. I see that your listing has just expired and I would like the opportunity to speak with you concerning the marketing of your home. For you to see your home on the Johnson City housing market accurately, you have to see yourself in the eyes of the consumer.

Is the MLS sheet on your home accurate? Do you have flyers for your home and beside a clean nice sign? Are all of the documents that are relevant to the sale of your Johnson City property currently uploaded on MLS for other agents to write an offer in a timely and efficient manner? Can your Johnson City Realtor tell you how many times you are being viewed online? How many websites you are on?
