The town of Council Bluffs is having some struggles with the foreclosure crisis as the entire state of Iowa is as well. There are some very nice homes that are currently under foreclosure within the city. There is quite a bit of price variance between some of the homes on the market. There are some homes in Council Bluffs that are under thirty thousand dollars and there are those that can cost over one hundred thousand dollars. The truth is that no matter what the price of the home may be, there are a couple of good auction companies in the area that could work on the sale of the home if the home does happen to come to auction.

You will find some foreclosed homes with a garage and you will find many of them without a garage. There are options open to you in that regard if you happen to move to Council Bluffs. You will also find some more luxurious homes, some of them having three or four bedrooms. The other side of the coin is that you find some other homes in the area that need some work and to be quite house are overpriced.

The truth is that all communities have that problem right now, in this down market. You have people trying to recuperate the money that they put into the home by selling the house for more than its market value.
