All professionals say they are the best at what they do but when it comes to prove it, they often embarrass themselves.

All I can say for myself  is that I have been a successful Realtor® since March 2001.  I rode the peak of real estate of the early part of this decade gloriously and I survived its downfall since 2006, respectfully. 

Many researches revealed that people who have  hobbies (volountary occupations that reap no financial rewards) spend more time entertaining their hobbies than the amount of time they spend doing their regular paying work.  I love what I do and I treat performing real estate as my hobby.

It is not only my knowledge of real estate that counts, it is how I use that knowledge effectively to get positive results for my customers.
