Hello Everyone,

We have 5yrs experience in the real estate Business. We first started out with Century21 Aadvantage Gold for our first year, then went to ReMax Elite and then to join partnership we are now with Century21 Ameridream Realty.  For the last two years we have been working with short sales and have gained our knowledge through a mentor whom we  joined in partnership approximately 2yrs ago. We started listing short sales in March 2009 when other agents wanted nothing to do with them. We started with eighteen listings and by the end of that year would be maintaining 50 to 70 listings on the market at any given time with a 93% close rate.  We have since departed our partnership with our mentor and have branched out on our own just not at that capacity as you can imagine was quite alot for two realtors to handle. We are continuing our real estate  business mostly from our home in order to be closer to our teenage daughter do maintain presence in the office of Century21 Ameridream Realty. My wife and I have also took on another role in the real estate business and have a property management business as well called JNC Realty Group. Our mission is to build long term relationships with everyone that we encounter in real estate. To help others find the homes of their dreams and have the best customer service a home buyer could have in the purchase of their homes or management of their future investments.
