<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">&#60;!--[if !supportLists]--&#62;1.<span style="font-size: 7pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; </span>&#60;!--[endif]--&#62;&#160;Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson because Jim Hunter wants a Realtor that can sell his product effectively!&#160; Some Realtor&#8217;s can brag about being a &#8220;Top Producer&#8221;&#160; based on one or two good years; however Jim Paulson has reached the Ada County Association of Realtor&#8217;s (ACAR) criteria for a &#8220;top producer&#8221; over 10 times so far in his career qualifying him as a &#8220;Lifetime Top Producer&#8221;!&#160; In sales, proven results &#160;should speak louder than words!</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">&#60;!--[if !supportLists]--&#62;2.<span style="font-size: 7pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; </span>&#60;!--[endif]--&#62;Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson because we both share a desire to improve the community in which we serve!&#160; I am glad to see Boise Hunter Homes being the &#8220;official builder of the Boise State Broncos&#8221; since that was my alma mater (1978-1984).</p>

Komen for the Cure; Make-A-Wish; Camp RiverRun; and especially the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society since my wife battled Non-Hodgkin&#8217;s Lymphoma and thanks to her great medical team has been in remission for over 3 years now!</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">&#60;!--[if !supportLists]--&#62;4.<span style="font-size: 7pt;font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; </span>&#60;!--[endif]--&#62;Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson because Boise Hunter Homes is proud of their reputation and can&#8217;t afford to have it tarnished.&#160; Jim Paulson&#8217;s company &#8220;Progressive Realty Corporation&#8221; is an A+ accredited business with the Boise Better Business Bureau!</p>

<div>However, the potential buyers are thinking they are inquiring about a new listing when in fact the property isn't even listed for sale (nor has it been recently). &#160;These sites appear to be just trying to post every property they can find in public records online so they show up in the search results more often so they can make more money from their advertisers.</div>

<div>Hopefully, consumers will get tired of chasing these fake listings and quite going to these sites as a result. &#160;I know I have heard negative backlash from other potential buyer's that went to some sites then were asked to pay to subscribe through additional companies for foreclosure and pre-foreclosure listings that weren't neccesarily for sale either.</div>

<div>I have no problem having data online, but if the websites were supposed to be based on home for sale, that is what they should list. &#160;If they choose to show rentals, have that be a seperate search. &#160;If they choose to show different data, that could be great vertical markets for them, I just wish they would display it as such!</div>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>I have been getting queries from potential buyer's lately from the top three online portals:</p>

<li>www.Realtor.com</li>
<li>www.Trulia.com</li>
<li>www.Zillow.com</li>
</ul>
<div>However, the potential buyers are thinking they are inquiring about a new listing when in fact the property isn't even listed for sale (nor has it been recently). &#160;These sites appear to be just trying to post every property they can find in public records online so they show up in the search results more often so they can make more money from their advertisers.</div>
<div>&#160;</div>
<div>Hopefully, consumers will get tired of chasing these fake listings and quite going to these sites as a result. &#160;I know I have heard negative backlash from other potential buyer's that went to some sites then were asked to pay to subscribe through additional companies for foreclosure and pre-foreclosure listings that weren't neccesarily for sale either.</div>

<div>I have no problem having data online, but if the websites were supposed to be based on home for sale, that is what they should list. &#160;If they choose to show rentals, have that be a seperate search. &#160;If they choose to show different data, that could be great vertical markets for them, I just wish they would display it as such!</div>

<p>I took the time to click throught their website @ www.greatfamilyhome.com At first, I was surprised someone didn't already capitalize on that URL. &#160;Then, I took the time to read her "Scorned and Bitter blog". &#160;She raised some good points about if someone steals your car, you can collect insurance and they can go to jail, but even thought adultry is one of the ten commandments, it isn't illegal while just in the insurance she lost as a result are just lost.</p>

<p>Take the time to check out her website and learn a few things about marketing as I just did!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>My nephew ordererd something which was scheduled to be delivered vis UPS. &#160;UPS.com has a pretty good tracking tool online. &#160;When the package failed to arrive he went online to see why. &#160;He was surprised at what he saw.</p>

<p>Sure enough, here is the article in the Billings Gazette about the train derailment:</p>

<p>I am not sure why it took UPS a day and a half to update their tracking log but probably because they had to call their programmer to add a button for "train derailment"</p>
<p>I have never had this issue but my nephew said it is the second time it has happened to him. &#160;Remind me not to ever ride Amtrack with him.</p> <div class="agent_signature">
