Why Boise Hunter Homes Should Hire Jim Paulson?

The question of the day is “Why Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson?”

I have spent some time analyzing this very question and here are some of my thoughts.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->1.       <!--[endif]--> Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson because Jim Hunter wants a Realtor that can sell his product effectively!  Some Realtor’s can brag about being a “Top Producer”  based on one or two good years; however Jim Paulson has reached the Ada County Association of Realtor’s (ACAR) criteria for a “top producer” over 10 times so far in his career qualifying him as a “Lifetime Top Producer”!  In sales, proven results  should speak louder than words!

<!--[if !supportLists]-->2.       <!--[endif]-->Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson because we both share a desire to improve the community in which we serve!  I am glad to see Boise Hunter Homes being the “official builder of the Boise State Broncos” since that was my alma mater (1978-1984).

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.       <!--[endif]-->Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson because we share a passion for helping people with Cancer.  I was very pleased to see that Boise Hunter Homes is affiliated with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure; Make-A-Wish; Camp RiverRun; and especially the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society since my wife battled Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and thanks to her great medical team has been in remission for over 3 years now!

<!--[if !supportLists]-->4.       <!--[endif]-->Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson because Boise Hunter Homes is proud of their reputation and can’t afford to have it tarnished.  Jim Paulson’s company “Progressive Realty Corporation” is an A+ accredited business with the Boise Better Business Bureau!

<!--[if !supportLists]-->5.       <!--[endif]-->Another reason Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson is that their target market is trade up buyers.  Jim Paulson has sold hundreds of homes in the Treasure Valley and most of his business if referrals from past clients creating a new source of business for Boise Hunter Homes.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->6.       <!--[endif]-->Due to these trade up buyer’s being more sophisticated, it is important for the Realtor’s representing Boise Hunter Homes to understand the “big picture”.  Jim Paulson has closed homes with over 50 separate builders in the Treasure Valley so he understands various business models and therefore other Realtor’s expectations.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->7.       <!--[endif]-->Technology is another reason Boise Hunter Homes should hire Jim Paulson!  Jim not only understands technology, he teaches technology classes for the National Association of Realtors!  He uses today’s technology to help build brand awareness and sell product for his clients!

 

Also,  if Jim Hunter finds this article online, he should hire Jim Paulson since some people say “if it is on the internet, it has to be true!”

 

I sincerely hope that Jim Hunter does in fact Hire Jim Paulson to represent Boise Hunter Homes!

Home prices expected to increase since hammers may become illegal!

Economics is all about supply and demand.  Several factors are at play simultaneously that may cause an even greater housing shortage and therefore higher prices.  Developers and builders have had to declare bankruptcy due to the recent housing crisis and since they couldn’t compete with the liquidation pricing offered via short sales and foreclosures. Concerns over the “fiscal cliff” and possible tax hikes have kept demand lower.  Now, it appears there may be additional shortages.

Based on recent events, there has been a massive increase in demand for assault weapons and ammo clips in anticipation of a possible ban.  Since history is known to repeat itself, economists are expecting a possible ban on hammers next due to today’s conviction in Boise, Idaho of this woman who used an assault hammer to kill her mother!

As you can tell, at the time of this writing, this story was already starting to go viral on the internet.  Home Depot and Lowe’s are anticipating brisk sales as people rush out to acquire hammers before possible bans (or registration requirements set in).

Psychologists are being interviewed to see if hammers are actually a gateway to harsher tools like nail guns.

I will be tracking these developments as I have a personal interest in the outcome.  Years ago as a Realtor in Boise, I was checking on the progress of a new home being constructed when I became the victim of a walk by nail gun shooting!  The framer missed the stud and a framing nail shot 20’ and hit me as I was on a public sidewalk.  Fortunately, it hit sideways!
