Question: How Many New Construction Grants are Left?

Answer: As of today 10/26/09- 626 grants are left for the  new construction.  (243 approved last week alone). So they are going FAST!!

Remember you just need to go under contract to get the $4,000. You don’t have to have your new home built yet.

The “Home Run Grant” is back and there is no better time to sell a home in Daybreak!  Interest rates are low, and there are still homes available in Salt Lake County’s most popular development.  (One in five new homes in Salt Lake County is purchased in Daybreak.) 
 
And talk about an easy sale, Daybreak practically sells itself!  What other community can boast of a 67 acre lake, 20+ miles of walking trails, a fitness center, swimming pools, and fiber-optic high speed internet?  You say it sounds too good to be true?  We really have all that and more, including a new retail center, SoDa Row and 25 model homes.

It’s A Party At Daybreak and You’re Invited!

Hey Everyone! I just found out there is a party at Daybreak  tomorrow (Aug 29th) from 11am-6pm.  They are having tons of “End of Summer” activites at the park next to the Cottage Courts by Liberty Homes.

There will be LOADS of Food, Fun, Activities and Prizes!

The exact address is 10665 S. Indigo Sky (4300 S.) in Daybreak.

And by the way, Liberty Homes start in the low $200′s and they will match the $8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit! That is awesome!

So go have some summer fun before summer is over.
