The Salt Lake Home Builders Association is hosting the 63rd Annual Salt Lake Parade of Homes™; the longest consecutive running Parade of Homes in the United States.

The Parade will run three full weeks including Sundays and will feature three different home categories from 11am-9pm. The Parade goes from Aug. 7th- Aug. 23rd.

The categories are:

Traditional Homes

Traditional Homes are never-before-seen, fully decorated and landscaped homes. They reflect the craftsmanship, design, and originality of the individual builders. Traditional Homes will be judged by Parade attendee’s online votes and industry professionals. (Some homes may be pre-sold)

Builder Models

Builder Models may be open before, during, and after the Parade. Attendees can enter these homes without a ticket. Builder Models are representative of other available homes in the subdivision, condominium or planned unit development (P.U.D).

“Spec”-tacular Homes

“Spec”-tacular Homes are actively for sale and are not required to be landscaped or furnished. These homes are offered to consumers at the lowest advertised price available only through the duration of the Parade.

Time is running out!   Don’t let this go by. It is so much fun to see  all the new homes being built and how gorgeous they are. Daybreak has 7 Parade Homes right now that are all so beautiful. It must be the place to be as it is the only community in Utah with that many Parade Homes.

Also, West Jordan’s has a parade home and the builder is  Bangerter homes who  has custom designed this home to capture views while highlighting the family lifestyle.  It is located at 7583 S. 4730 W. West Jordan, UT 84084.

Tickets are priced at $10 per ticket. Children 4 and under are free.
