Before long, you will also be able to walk to a TRAX station, shops and restaurants. There is even an Olive Garden Restaurant just outside of Daybreak that you can now walk to once they open. With everyone out walking not only are you closer to places but also you get closer to neighbors. Now who wouldn’t want that.

At Daybreak you have lots of choices, from town homes to custom homes. You can have your front door open onto a neighborhood park. You can have your master bedroom on the main floor. You can have your yard work done for you. There is even an over 55 yr old community. In short, you can have your home — and your life — just the way you want it.
Condos start in the low $100,000 and homes start at the upper $100,000 all the way to the million.
