First Time Home Buyer Credit Extended (For Some) in Utah

The First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit has been extended, but only for a very select group of people:
 
Service Members of Official Extended Duty, outside the United States for 90 days or more between the dates of Jan 1st 2009 to April 30th 2010.
 
The tax credit has been extended for 1 FULL YEAR for service members that meet the above criteria.  This means that they would need to be under contract by April 30th, 2011 and closed by June 30th, 2011.
