New Government Tax Credits- not just for first time home buyers!

Not only is there the 1st time home buying tax credit of $8,000 but there is up to $6,500 for move up or move down buyers.  You just have to have lived in your last home 5 out of 8 years. Plus, thanks to the Equity Now program, you can use this money towards a down payment on your new home.

Sell My House in Utah!

Sorry, it has been awhile since my last post. Life has been crazy. But I am back.

Many Utahn’s have been trying to find the perfect realtor to “Sell My House”.

So I thought I would tell you a little about what I do to “Sell Your House”.

First off, I not only put your home on the MLS but I also, on a weekly basis, put your home on KSL and Craig’s list. Also, your home will show up on a ton more Real Estate Websites including UtahRealEstate.com

Next, I set your home up with a 1800# where anyone wanting information on your home will call in 24/7 and hear all about that. I then call the buyer back and answer any questions they may have and get them to buy your home.

Next, I set up a “Talking House” in your front yard. This is where buyers pull up to your home and tune in to an AM radio station and hear all about your home. It is as if I am standing right there on the curb telling them about everything in the home. Buyers LOVE this feature.

I also let every agent in my office know of a new listing I have or a price reduction.

And there is more. So give me a call if you are interested in all the other ways I will market your home and get it SOLD.

I also, am an expert in Short Sales. This is when you owe more on your home than you can sell it for. It is definitely the way to go if you can’t make your house payment anymore. It is MUCH better than having a foreclosure where the bank takes your home.
