From exteriors, foundations and fireplaces to school districts, number of bedrooms and baths as well as distance from water (lakes, rivers, boat docks) etc. So as you can see a custom search can be of great use to a buyer. You can make them as specific or as general as you like. So take advantage of this and get with your Realtor and start looking!
