Prices of homes in Port Royal typically range in the millions. However, larger residences or one of the rarer beach front parcels may have considerably higher values. The highest actual price recorded to date was a $30 million sale. One may join the exclusive and popular Port Royal Club. Established in 1959, the Port Royal Club continues its tradition of bringing neighbors, friends and families together creating memories and a strong sense of community.

The Strand is located in Naples, Collier County, Florida. This 575 +acre community is situated on the northwest quadrant of I-75 and Immokalee Road. The project’s main amenity is a 27-Hole Championship Golf Course which opened in November, 1997.
