Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I have called Florida my home since 1972. After graduating from Duke University, I relocated to the Tampa Bay area, and in 1999, my wife Debbie and I and our two Havanese pups settled in Naples.

After 20 years as an Information Systems professional, I switched gears to become a hands-on entrepreneur, owning and operating several customer service and retail businesses. My experience has provided me with much intuitiveness when working with people–especially important for a realtor–and the most valuable lesson I’ve learned is to listen–really listen to my customers. Then, armed with knowledge of their needs and desires, I use leading-edge technology to provide the most appropriate solutions to best achieve their goals.

I am (unashamedly) known to be a “gadget-guy.” It’s fun, but it’s also a plus for my real estate customers, as I have worked with, and can advise them on many aspects of home technologies, including home theater systems, media rooms, multimedia cabling, home security and home automation systems.

Also an avid golfer, I have first-hand knowledge of golf courses and golf communities in SW Florida and thoroughly enjoy assisting golfers of all levels in making choices to best fit their unique golf lifestyles.
