Charlestown, MA Real Estate Market Update

As of the end of May 2011, there were 151 condos for sale in Charlestown, MA with an average sale price of $525,778 and an average market time of 89 days. 20 Condos sold in the May of 2011 with an average sales price of $463,820 which was 98.14% of the sellers asking price. This is compared to last years 27 sold condos and average sales price of $442,314. We currently have 10.41 months worth of inventory on the market which is a slight improvement from last years 10.51 months worth of inventory that is on the market.

There are currently 39 Single Family Homes for sale in Charlestown, MA with an average list price of $855,328 and an average market time of 75 days.
